The Purpose of the Fitness Zone Boot Camp Program is to combine
fun and fitness and bring them together for all ages and fitness levels. The Fitness Zone Boot Camp is a full-body
fitness training regimen that will get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.
Each class will include a brief warm-up, basic training style calisthenics/plyometrics, fat-burning circuit or weight training
and core stability work. Each class will be modified for ALL fitness levels so each individual can work at their own pace.
Participants pay $10 per class and meet at The Fitness Zone. Some classes may be held outside, so dress for all weather! Bring
water!!!
