With Fifteen years of professional experience, Heather has her Degree in Health, Phys. Ed, and Recreation, and also specializes in Nutrition Counseling and Sports Conditioning. Heather has been nationally certified by ACE, (American Council on Exercise) and has been a Fitness Professional since 1996. THE FITNESS ZONE, her own private personal training studio, opened its doors in September 2005 and has been helping clients change their lives since. Heather has been an avid soccer player for the past 25 years, playing in High School and College and currently coaching at the high school level. Heather has also competed in numerous Bodybuilding and Fitness Competitions, qualifying her for Nationals in both. Heather feels that Fitness is the cornerstone to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and  healthy lifestyle.

Damion is a graduate of The National Personal Training Institute. He has been involved with sports training for over 20 years. He has been coaching high school football for over 15 years. He spent 5 years as a Varsity football coach for Holy Cross high school and is going into his 10th year as a coach for Paul VI high school.  He is very dedicated to the kids and spends his extra time coaching them on Strength and Conditioning techniques. As your trainer, Damion is dedicated and determined to get you where you want to be. He believes that with the proper combination of Nutrition and Exercise you will get the healthy lifestyle you have been looking for.
